Mr. Daoud Mohamed leads the company’s overall vision, partnerships, and investment initiatives across the African continent. He oversees high-level engagements with governments, financial institutions, and international investors, ensuring Prime Gate Africa remains a trusted bridge between global capital and Africa’s most promising opportunities.
Board Member & Deputy Chief Executive Officer
As a member of the Board of Directors and Deputy CEO, Mr. Charfadine supports the President in steering the company’s strategic direction and governance. He ensures effective coordination of operations, strategic execution, and alignment between departments to drive sustainable growth.

A key member of the Board, Mr. Fofana leads Prime Gate Africa’s investment strategy and capital mobilization, focusing on building strong partnerships with regional and international investors, especially across the Middle East.
Chief Projects & Infrastructure Officer
Mr. Daoud oversees the identification, evaluation, and management of infrastructure and industrial projects across Africa. He ensures transparency, efficiency, and timely delivery of strategic initiatives that support the continent’s development goals.
Chief International Relations Officer
Mr. Oumar drives international partnerships and manages high-level relations with strategic partners across the GCC, Turkey, Singapore, and China, enhancing Prime Gate Africa’s global investment network and cross-border collaboration.
Chief Communications & Public Affairs Officer
Mr. Ali leads the company’s communications, branding, and public affairs strategy. He ensures that Prime Gate Africa’s message, vision, and reputation are consistently represented across all audiences and platforms.
