01 Republic of Chad

Strategic dialogue at the highest level on Tchad Connexion 2030

Prime Gate Africa was received in a high-level audience by His Excellency, the President of the Republic of Chad.

The discussions centered on the visionary “Tchad Connexion 2030” development plan, where we presented our comprehensive framework for mobilizing international investment and expertise to support its ambitious goals. This direct engagement at the apex of leadership underscores the trust and confidence placed in PrimeGate Africa to be a key implementation partner for the nation’s future. This meeting marks a pivotal step in our commitment to turning national visions into concrete, achievable projects.

02 Chad × Türkiye × Afreximbank

A high-level delegation to N’Djamena for Chad Connexion 2030

We orchestrated a delegation bringing the IABOC Group from Türkiye, led by its CEO Mr. Mustafa Ulker, in strategic collaboration with the African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank).

This initiative underscores PrimeGate Africa’s unique capability to bridge continents and connect global expertise with Africa’s most ambitious development agendas. The engagement covered the Ministry of Water and Energy, laying the groundwork for critical infrastructure projects in power generation and water resource management; the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation, on transformative projects to modernize Chad’s logistics and aviation infrastructure; the Ministry of Commerce, aligning infrastructure and energy initiatives with broader economic goals of trade, foreign investment and diversification; and the Ministry of Petroleum and Mining, on partnerships advancing the energy sector with sustainable development and value addition in Chad’s extractive industries. The series of ministerial engagements culminated in a high-level audience with His Excellency, the Prime Minister of Chad, presenting the consolidated strategic framework and securing vital governmental support.

Memorandum of Understanding with a consortium of Qatari companies

Prime Gate Africa signed an MoU with a consortium of leading Qatari companies, establishing a formal framework to channel Qatari investment and expertise into high-impact projects across Africa.

05 Chad × United Arab Emirates

50MW solar agreement facilitated in Chad

Prime Gate Africa facilitated a landmark agreement for a 50MW solar power project between Global South Utilities, a leading Emirati energy company, and the Ministry of Energy of Chad.

This pivotal partnership, which we were instrumental in brokering, marks a major leap in sustainable energy development for Chad. It underscores our expertise in connecting international investors with transformative opportunities, driving both economic growth and environmental sustainability across Africa.

06 Republic of Liberia

Advancing a strategic partnership around the AREST Agenda

Prime Gate Africa held high-level discussions with the Deputy Minister of Economic Integration and International Cooperation of Liberia.

The productive meeting focused on identifying key investment opportunities to support the implementation of Liberia’s national development strategy, the AREST Agenda. To formalize this collaborative effort, plans are underway to sign a Memorandum of Understanding. This partnership underscores our commitment to working directly with governments to align international investment with national priorities, turning development plans into tangible reality.
